Two boys from Kerala rescued from Coimbatore

Coimbatore, May 15: Two teenaged boys from Kerala, found stranded in the City railway station, were rescued and sent to juvenile home today.

Police, on duty in the railway station, found two boys– aged 15 and 13 years– moving in a suspicious manner on the platform. On interrogation it was revealed that they were hailing from Olavakkod in Kerala.

Both, brothers, had been working in a shop at Palakkad and had fled from there as they did not want to continue.

They were sent to juvenile home at Papanaicken Palayam in the city, police said. (Agencies)
