11 June 2017, New Delhi: National Confederation of Human Rights Organisation (NCHRO) is reaching its 20th year of activities this year (1997-2017) in the human rights arena.
Since marking two decades, NCHRO National Executive Committee (Exco), which met last year at Bangalore in August, had decided to conduct “20th Anniversary International Human Rights Conference” in the national capital.
The inaugural seminar of the publicity campaign was conducted at Bangalore on 21 May under the topic of “Terror Laws and its Implications”. It was inaugurated by Supreme Court former justice Santhosh Hegde. The publicity campaign will be conducted in the important cities.
To start the conference work, the preparatory committee meeting was held at Delhi head office today (11.6.17).
National Secretary Adv. A. Mohamed Yusuff precided over the meeting. Adv. Saifan Shaikh (Pune) participated as special invitee.
The Delhi chapter President Ashoka Kumari, General Secretary Ansar Indori, Treasurer Abdul Nasar, State committee members Ashish Mehra, Najmuzzama attended the meeting.
